Yes, I don’t take any blood pressure medicine (mine is borderline high like 125/85 or at worst 130/90) so my OB had me do baby aspirin during my last pregnancy in 2024 and it worked well- healthy, full term baby girl 7lbs 13 oz. no pre-eclampsia. I’m doing the same during this current pregnancy as well.
