Especially on the disturbed ward. But this perk is AMAZING on Myers and Nurse so it would be a good idea to get it. Before Monitor and Abuse came out, Myers was easily the worst killer in the game. (I went two full months without being killed by a single Myers, so it's not just me being crap at playing him.)
