I had used the soulshape, and wanted to show someone the shape, but it put me in the previous form, and no longer shows up in Lady Muuns dialog at the very end. This results in having to either have a separate cancelaura macro for that matter, or clicking moonkin form two times whilst in soulshape ... WebGM's told me to clear WTF, Cache, and add ons on my main pc (The usual generic troubleshooting tip) which I did but I still have the problem and as said it occurs on both my computers. One of which has never had add ons installed to begin with. It is essentially a fresh install back up machine that is as vanilla as it gets.
