Web29 nov. 2024 · In this chapter I analyse the method in the sociology of Émile Durkheim (1858–1917) and Max Weber (1864–1920). I identify in their work the basis of a research about the method that will have a fundamental value for sociology and for the empirical and theoretical development of the discipline in the 20th century.
